The Novena Challenge

There will be nine first Fridays in 2020 from 3th of January to the Eucharistic Congress in September. Let us do the Novena together!

What does Novena mean?
Jesus made twelve promises to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in the 17th century. One of these was related to the Novena: “In the excess of the mercy of my Heart, I promise you that my all powerful love will grant to all those who will receive Communion on the First Fridays, for nine consecutive months, the grace of final repentance: they will not die in my displeasure, nor without receiving the sacraments; and my Heart will be their secure refuge in that last hour.”
So what shall we do? Let us receive the Holy Communion and if necessary, to confess before it on nine successive First Fridays from January 2020 onwards.
