Registration - Provision for tickets bought for 2020

The provision can be made by that person who purchased the tickets.

In case you paid by credit card, refund will be transferred to the credit card you used for the payment. In case of a bank transfer the money will be transferred back to the bank account from which your payment was received.

The reimbursement process might take up to 1-2 weeks, we kindly ask for your patience.

You do not need to make a provision for your voluntary contribution. All contributions will be used for organising the Congress programs in 2021. Thank you for your support!

By logging in to your registration account, and clicking on the “Provision for tickets bought for 2020” menu in case of paid tickets you may choose from three options:

1. I would like to participate in the IEC in 2021:
   Choosing this option your ticket bought for 2020 will be valid for the programs of IEC in 2021.
2. I will not participate in the IEC in 2021, I waive of the refund of my tickets:
   Choosing this option you cancel your ticket and offer its price as a voluntary contribution to the purposes of IEC.
3. I will not participate in the IEC in 2021, I cancel my ticket(s) and ask for a refund of the ticket price:
   Choosing this option you will have the price of the tickets fully refund. In case you paid by credit card, refund will be transferred to the credit card you used for the payment. In case of bank transfer the money will be transferred back to the bank account from which your payment was received. In both cases the process might take up to 1-2 weeks, we kindly ask for your patience.

In you registration account you can make the provision for each ticket separately, even in several turns.

By logging in to your registration account, and clicking on the “Provision for tickets ordered for 2020” menu in case of free tickets you may choose from two options:

1. I would like to participate in the IEC in 2021:
   Choosing this option your ticket bought for 2020 will be valid for the programs of IEC in 2021.
2. I will not participate in the IEC in 2021, I cancel my ticket(s):
   Choosing this option your ticket(s) will be cancelled.

Yes, you can cancel your ticket in your registration account any time.

Please make your provision for your tickets as soon as you can.

Until further notice tickets can be cancelled without any additional costs.
